Emergency Relief Program

Everyone needs assistance from time to time and sometimes things just seem to keep getting in the way, so it becomes even harder to get to where you want to be.

Our Emergency Relief Services will help you to plan and understand how to achieve your goals. Planning can include the following: addressing your immediate financial needs, providing help with budgeting, helping you to access available payment plan and government schemes or providing referrals to services that will work together with you on your goals. These referrals may be for services such as financial counselling, family counselling, parenting support, domestic and family violence services and mental health services depending on your goals.

To access our Emergency Relief Services simply phone us on 1300 114 397

When you call, we will:

  • help you determine if this is the right program for you
  • provide you with the next available appointment with a Community Support Worker at one of our offices closest to you

Please note, some of our offices also have allocated ‘walk in’ times and we can provide you with these details. There is no guarantee that you will see a Community Support Worker if you ‘walk in’, as this will depend on how many clients attend during this time.
