Bus pick up

For your convenience, we have a fleet of company vehicles we can use to pick up and drop clients off. If you’re planning on coming to the respite centre or coming along for an outing, we can arrange a pick-up time with you from your home address if needed.

You will be picked up by one of our trained staff members or volunteers, so you can feel secure in the fact that you will have a comfortable ride. We have vehicles with wheelchair modifications, too.

Activities and outings

From trips out and about in the community to special activities at the respite centre, we have something to offer for all interests.

Our respite centres have a range of different activities available (depending on your location). Examples of different activities we organise includes going out for lunch, paint and sip, morning teas, arts and crafts, music, games, and more!

Celebrating Special Days

At our respite centres, we love to celebrate special days with our clients. We love to celebrate love on Valentine’s Day, put on our fascinators and fancy hats for Melbourne Cup, and get well into the Christmas spirit when December rolls around. Clients are encouraged to dress up and our staff go all out with decorations, special morning teas, and themed competitions and games.

We also love celebrate big-milestone birthdays, one-off special occasions, and more. If there’s a reason to bring out the party poppers and balloons, we will!

Locations

Our respite centres are located all over Southern Queensland. They include: Brisbane, Redlands, Caboolture, Gold Coast, Hervey Bay, Ipswich, Logan, Roma, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Townsville.
