Recovery Pathways Program
If you’re over 18 and are worried about your drug or alcohol use, or if you are at risk of lapsing/relapsing, we can help.
The program provides up to 12 sessions with a counsellor who will work through your individual goals and needs. It is flexible; you can attend face-to-face, on the phone, or on Microsoft Teams.
Through Recovery Pathways, you will have access to:
- Psychosocial interventions
- Trauma-informed care
- Harm reduction
- Care management.
The program supports people referred via the Police or Court Diversion Program, criminal justice pathways, self-referral or through other agencies.

Our programs are evidence based. We emphasise harm minimisation strategies and relapse prevention.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be over 18 years old, and
- Able to attend sessions in person, via video call or telephone. Interpreter services are available.

- Metro North: Clontarf, Strathpine*, Caboolture.
- Metro South: Beenleigh, Eight Mile Plains*, Cleveland.
- Gold Coast: Southport.
- Sunshine Coast: Nambour, Gympie.
- West Moreton: Booval.
*Late-night appointments are available

Police and Court Diversion Program
For people referred through the police or court system, the Police and Court Diversion Program provides an opportunity to access professional support and make meaningful changes. This program is designed for individuals facing legal consequences related to drug use. It offers education, harm reduction strategies, and counselling to reduce future risks.

Are there any costs or out of pocket fees?
No, there are no costs or fees to take part in the Recovery Pathways program.
Will I receive professional counselling?
Yes, our counsellors are fully trained professionals.
Do I need to attend all appointments?
If you are attending based on a court referral, you are required to attend all sessions. If you have any questions, please enquire with our team.
