Program details

The free Homestay program is for people at risk of homelessness in the Toowoomba and Southern Downs regions. If you’re experiencing financial hardship or struggling to maintain long-term housing, we may be able to help.

As part of the program, a Homestay practitioner will regularly visit you at home or another convenient location. Together, we’ll develop a tailored support plan based on your strengths, goals and needs to support tenancy sustainment. This includes help with planning, budgeting and goal-setting. If required, we can also provide financial assistance or referral to other sources of support.
