This free program helps you source or maintain housing for the duration of your court-referred Drug and Alcohol Treatment Order.
Our team provides case management, monitoring and testing through Queensland Health and Queensland Corrective Services. As part of the program, we can help you:
- Reduce severe substance use
- Avoid future offending
- Maintain stable housing
- Increase your independence, self-reliance and connection to community support.

No, this free program helps you source or maintain housing for the duration of your court-referred Drug and Alcohol Treatment Order.
Who is eligible for a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Order?
There are strict eligibility requirements for a participant to be sentenced to a Treatment Order. An offender must:
- be an adult and plead guilty to charges at a Magistrates Court.
- live or intend to live in the Brisbane Magistrates Court District.
- have a severe substance use disorder that contributed to their offending behaviour.
How do I access this program?
Access is only available via court-referral.
What is a Drug and Alcohol Court Treatment Order?
A Drug and Alcohol Treatment Order is a prison sentence of up to four years wholly suspended while the participant completes a two-year treatment program. The treatment addresses substance use as well as offending behaviour.
