First Nations People

We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians and are committed to working alongside them in respect and partnership. By listening, learning, and collaborating with First Nations organisations, we ensure culturally safe, community-led services that support their goals.

We will seek opportunities to partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned organisations to lead and deliver services that impacts Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

Our Strategy 2023-2025

Our current strategic priorities are focused on sustainable growth, innovation, and social impact. We aim to expand our reach, enhance our services, and advocate for those in need, ensuring that every Queenslander has access to the care and support they deserve.

Sustainable growth in residential aged care

We are committed to growing our residential aged care services to provide high-quality, contemporary accommodation and support for seniors. Our goal is to expand our aged care portfolio to 1,000 beds, ensuring that more Queenslanders can access compassionate, professional care when they need it most.

With a focus on innovation and person-centred service, we are enhancing our aged care facilities to meet the evolving needs of older Australians, offering comfort, dignity, and community.

Become a market leader in home care

Home is where many people feel safest, and we’re dedicated to becoming a leader in home care services. By prioritising client needs and delivering exceptional, flexible support, we aim to help more Queenslanders maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Through a focus on personalised care, we are strengthening our reputation as a trusted provider, ensuring individuals receive the right support, at the right time, in the comfort of their own homes.

Aim to alleviate the housing crisis

We believe that safe and secure housing is a fundamental right. In response to the growing homelessness and housing crisis, we are developing a multi-faceted approach that focuses on prevention, intervention, and long-term housing solutions.

We’re working collaboratively with government, industry, and community partners to create pathways out of homelessness and provide sustainable housing options that offer security and dignity to those in need.

Foster workforce sustainability, resilience and adaptability

Our workforce is essential to the success of our mission. We are committed to fostering a sustainable, resilient, and adaptable workforce that can meet the demands of an evolving community services sector.
