Anglicare Southern Queensland wins share in over $1million of media space

Brisbane based out-of-home advertising provider, GOA, has announced Anglicare Southern Queensland is one of the four successful community organisations to receive a share in over $1million worth of media value in 2017, as part of their Community Partnerships Program (CPP).

In collaboration with creative agency Khemistry, Anglicare SQ’s campaign proposal showcases the link between art and mental health and wellbeing. It was chosen from a pool of more than 120 proposals.

GOA received a record number of high caliber campaign proposals this year, with entrants pushing the envelope in terms of vision, engagement and capability of the platform. The final recipients were chosen through a series of extensive roundtable discussions and careful consideration.

GOA’s CEO, Chris Tyquin commented, “we are very excited to be able to partner with these organisations in 2017. We will be working closely together providing access to our extensive GRID and resources to build exposure and drive community engagement.

The Community Partnership Program will allow Anglicare Southern Queensland to have its message heard in a unique way and by a massive, diverse audience of over 500,000 people per day.

Other winners include the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Queensland Writers Centre and YMCA Brisbane.

How we utilise this opportunity to raise funds for those living with mental health issues will be revealed soon. Watch this space in 2017.
