Program details

Couple Counselling

This program is for couples facing interpersonal conflict, challenging family dynamics, parenting struggles and separation.

Your counsellor will support you to create environments of growth, connection and resilience, and improve safety and wellbeing for children and young people.

You can access counselling support face-to-face, by telephone or on Microsoft Teams.

Pre-Marriage Counselling

Prepare and Enrich is a pre-marriage and relationship enhancement education program. 

Working with a counsellor for up to 12 sessions, you and your partner will gain the skills to identify strengths and growth areas for a supportive and respectful future together. 

You can access counselling support face-to-face, by telephone or on Microsoft Teams.

Program inclusions

  • Up to 12 sessions with a counsellor
  • Free or nominal co-payment (please ask our team for details)
  • Face-to-face, telephone or Microsoft Teams appointments 
  • Access to information and referrals.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be over 18 years old, and
  • Able to attend sessions in person, via video call or telephone. Interpreter services are available.

Are there any costs or out of pocket fees?

Family counselling is free or a nominal co-payment. Please discuss costs with our team.

Will I receive professional counselling?

Yes, our counsellors are fully trained professionals, and all sessions are confidential.

Do I need to attend all 12 appointments?

No, your participation is voluntary and you do not need to attend all 12 appointments. The number of sessions is up to you (up to 12 appointments).
