Your time can change lives.
Our volunteers play a vital role in helping people live with dignity, independence, and connection. Whether you have a few hours to spare each week or want to make a regular commitment, your support can bring friendship, joy, and practical assistance to those who need it most.
Volunteers at Anglicare come from all walks of life and are retirees, students, stay at home parents and skilled professionals but above all, they all want to give back.

If you’re interested in volunteering, we’d love to hear from you.

Become a Volunteer Visitor
In addition to Anglicare’s volunteering program, we are also proud to welcome volunteers through the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS) which is funded by the Federal Government.
Through the ACVVS, you can bring companionship and friendship to older people who may be socially isolated. Just 30 minutes a week can make a world of difference to someone in a residential aged care home or living independently.
