This program provides out of home accommodation for children and young people. The program aims to:

  • Reunite children with their families
  • Place children in kinship or foster care
  • Prepare older teenagers for independent living.

Practical support to help young people transition to adulthood and independent living by:

  • Building independence and self-reliance
  • Developing life skills
  • Strengthening emotional resilience and decision-making.
