From April 2025, Anglicare Southern Queensland will be introducing a new client management system that will improve the way we plan and deliver your services, AlayaCare.
There will be no changes to the services you receive (unless you request a change).
As part of our commitment to helping our clients keep up to date with their services, the new system includes the Family Portal, a safe and secure website accessible from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
The Family Portal
We know that it can be hard to stay on top of your care schedule or the schedule of a loved one. Using the Family Portal, you can easily find your service information and request changes to a scheduled service.
The Family Portal is available via a secure online website or an app, providing you with more ways to stay connected with your care team. To login to the Family Portal, all you need is an email address.
The Family Portal Features
The Family Portal shows:
- your next visit and who will be coming
- a calendar view of your schedule
- details of the Anglicare staff who will be coming
- your care plan and other information about the services you are currently receiving
The Family Portal allows you to:
- easily see details of upcoming visits
- request changes to, or cancel, an upcoming visit
- submit a request for new services
- submit a review of the services you have received
- pay your invoice online
While you can send and receive messages via the Family Portal, it does not replace existing channels of communication – you can still contact our friendly team during business hours on 1300 610 610, or email us at [email protected].
Accessing the Family Portal
Accessing the Family Portal is easy. Simply register by providing Anglicare with your email address using the form at the bottom of this page, and when the portal is about to go live, we will send you an email invite to login*.
If you, and your contacts, have previously provided Anglicare with an email address for contact purposes, you do not have to do anything, closer to the go-live date we will send you an invite to login to the Family Portal.
One of the great features of the Family Portal is that you can view service details for multiple clients with the same login. So, if you’re an Anglicare client and a contact for your partner, as example, you’ll be able access service details for both of you with the same email on the same device.
*Please note the email invite will expire in 7 days, after this period please call us on 1300 610 610 to request a new invite.
The Anglicare App
You may be currently using the Anglicare Southern Queensland app to keep track of your scheduled services. The introduction of the Family Portal means that the ASQ app (Hayylo) will be discontinued, and we encourage you to register for access to the portal.
To continue accessing information about your services, you, and your contacts, will need to register for the Family Portal. It includes all the features of the Anglicare app, plus additional functionality, such as access to care plans and other documents, and the option to provide feedback on the last service you received.
