Anglicare staff win Gold in Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards

THE outstanding quality of the services we provide to the community has once again been highlighted, with Anglicare Southern Queensland winning Gold in the annual Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards Aged Care and Retirement Villages category. The awards recognise businesses and organisations that have achieved customer service excellence.

This latest recognition follows our Silver Highly Commended in last year’s Quality Service Awards, while we have also been voted as the Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brand in Aged Care and Retirement Villages for the past two years running.

Congratulations to all of our aged care staff, and the administrative and corporate staff who support them, for this outstanding achievement.

We know that the trust Queenslanders have in our aged care services extends to all areas of our organisation, including our Mental Health and Wellbeing services and our Children and Families services.
